Salzeider, Inc. Constructs Novelis’ New Customer Solution Center

Northern Equities contracted Salzeider, Inc. to construct a 55,000 square foot ground up state-of-the-art customer service center for the Novelis.  The project located in Novi, MI will bring Novelis’ research and technical platforms, operations, and commercial development together to increase collaboration and innovation with Novelis’ global automotive customers.  The new customer service center includes an enhanced façade featuring high glass walls and aluminum wall panels at the main entry and hi-bay areas.  The interior features specialty lighting with an open ceiling concept with acoustical spray for sound attenuation.  The high-tech development machinery ranging from computer-aided design (CAD) software to virtual collaboration capabilities and visualization technologies that demonstrate product concepts and simulate customer processes.
