Salzeider Inc. acted as General Contractor for the project as we have done on multiple other sites within Haggerty Corporate Park. The site development consisted of managing all construction activities including site earthwork, soil stabilization, site utilities, concrete, paving, lighting and landscaping. The architectural building design remained consistent with other developments in the park, with an enhanced façade featuring high glass walls and Novelis aluminum wall panels at the main entry and hi-bay areas, and along the frontage of Mackenzie Drive.

The interior finishes feature an open ceiling concept with acoustical spray for sound attenuation, suspended ceilings placed over work areas with specialty lighting, a mix of polished concrete and carpet tile flooring in the office area and epoxy flooring in the solutions center, NanaWall systems, aluminum and glass office fronts, custom casework and solid surface counters in break areas, and hard tile with stainless steel partitions and accents in the restrooms. The end result was a first class facility that will provide an employee friendly work environment for years to come.
